Return & Refund Policy

At Divinity, we create intentional, high-quality jewelry designed to make you feel radiant forever. So, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to rectify that. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.


 Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
  2. You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
  3. You must insert clear photos of the item(s)
  • Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.That way, we can evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and Item received; You will receive an email to begin the exchange.


Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery.
We offer exchanges for:

  • A different size (if applicable)

  • A different product(s) of equal value

No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us at customersupport@divinityfii.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s).

  3. We will review and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 Refunds 

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.


Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved

  • Earrings are not eligible for return unless emailed within 24 hours of delivery date
